The agreement

These conditions apply to each order that you make at Demo Shop BV, Prinsengracht 217, 1015 DT Amsterdam. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 61234567 and our VAT number is NL861234567B01.

An order is an agreement when you get the order confirmation by mail. We can refuse an order when a title is not in stock any more. You then get the full amount back in five work days.

Prices and payment

Every price on this site holds the VAT and holds no shipping cost. The shipping cost stands in the checkout before you pay.

You pay with iDEAL, with a credit card, or with a bank transfer. We send the order after the payment is in.

Guarantee and liability

A record that comes in damaged, or that does not agree with its description, gets a replacement or the money back. That is your choice.

Our liability is not more than the amount of the order. Dutch law applies to each agreement with Demo Shop BV.
