Shipping

We send an order on the same work day when it comes in before 15:00. An order in the Netherlands is with you in one or two work days. An order in Belgium or Germany takes two to four work days.

Every record goes in a stiff record mailer, and the disc travels outside the sleeve. That keeps the sleeve free of the split seams that transport makes.

Shipping is free from EUR 75. Below that amount it is EUR 4,95 in the Netherlands and EUR 9,95 in the rest of Europe.

Returns

You can send an order back for 14 days after you get it. Tell us first, so we can watch for the parcel.

Send the record back in the mailer that it came in. We pay back the full amount, and the first shipping cost, in five work days after the record is here.

A record with a fault that we did not name gets free return postage. Make a photograph of the fault and put it in your message.
