Short description
The 1985 For Life album, the later and smoother city pop sound.
*Wave* came out on For Life in 1985. The record moves away from the summer pop of the earlier albums and towards a smoother sound, with more synthesizer and a slower rhythm section. It marks the end of the first period of her work.
